We ARE having a kick this Thursday, be there at 6:30pm or whenever you can make it after that. From now until Nationals - training will also include a Metro game to make sure everyone qualifies for Nationals. Having said that please register if you haven't already at USAFL.com or you won't be able to play nationals.
Remember to bring plenty of water - it will be hot!! Also a RED t-shirt, and an alternative color.
Game details for this Saturday:
Will be played at Bendwood Park - map below - be there at 6pm for a bounce down at 6:30pm. Can I get a few volunteers to help me out to set up, send me an email if you can. Also anyone with an esky (or water cooler if you like) let me know, we will need a couple of those for both us and Baton Rouge as it will be hot as hades!!
After the game we will get together initially at the Firkin & Phoenix for refreshing beverages and then head out into the night from there (probably give midtown a crack!).
To keep you in the loop, the rest of our summer/fall schedule looks like this:
Atlanta/Florida @ Baton Rouge - Sept 10th (if you want to play this game let me know asap - need to start thinking about hotels)
Austin @ Houston - Sept 17th
Nationals @ Austin - Oct 8-9th
