Fitness Through Footy

FITNESS THROUGH FOOTY (FTF) is an initiative run every February/March for 8 weeks, designed to improve fitness for guys and girls in a fun, social environment. Footballs will slowly be introduced about week 5 in non-contact activities.

Sessions are usually followed up with a quick beer at one of our sponsor bar locations.
