Hey guys,
We're going to have a modified schedule for the summer.
-Thursdays: 6:30pm light session (location and event to change) followed by the pub.
-Sundays: 6:30pm metro game At Bendwood Park.
This week Thursday will be at Memorial Park at 6:30... Same spot as Tuesday fitness days. Bring your runners as we will take a lap around the park and of course we'll follow with the pub. Next week will be sand volleyball so watch for an email with the details.
Saturday sessions will be replaced with Sunday Metro Games starting at 6:30pm at Bendwood Park. We know summer is a busy time so hopefully Sunday nights will be more convenient for people... Try to make it out. We will do a warm up followed by a game depending on numbers.
