Lonestars,
After an extremely successful month of footy with the first Ausball series and the second Metro series now completed we will return to regular training this week.
However we will also be extending our Ausball/skills sessions for another 3 weeks so for all of the players that participated in the Ausball series and are looking to continue learning/playing the game we encourage you to get down to Bendwood for more fitness and footy!
Ausball/Skills Development Group
Wednesday 6.30-7.30 we will focus on skills.
7.30-8 will be an Ausball game.
Regular Training Group
Wednesday 6-8
Sunday 6-8 (informal metro)
For the regular guys - don't forget the Ft Lauderdale trip, if you want to go, book your tickets, the more the merrier!!
