Please join us from 3.00pm Sunday at John H Reagan High School on E 14th St for Week 4 of Fitness Through Footy.
Numbers have been great so far and the sessions combining fun and fitness are proving to be a hit. For Week 4, we will take advantage of the facilities at Reagan to increase our running and introduce short kicking drills. A copy of the Week 4 training plan is attached for information.
Fitness Through Footy is aimed at providing an introduction to newcomers, both guys & girls, to the sport of Australian Rules Football as well as provide current Houston Lonestars players regular sessions to build fitness and basic skills. The program will run for 8 weeks through January and February, leading into the Spring Metro season.
