Hey Guys,

We are playing Division 1 at the Central Tournament which is exciting, first game v NYC, followed by Minnesota. Lets try and get everyone down to training to prepare, work on our skills and get a little fitness work in. Training will be at Bendwood Park from 6:30pm until around dark.

If you are going to the Central Tournament and can't make it please let us know, if you aren't going....why not?

Anyone who is around tonight for a training run, there is a change of venue, Spring Woods middle school, Neuns Rd, 5:30.

Wednesday we will return to Bendwood Park for a final run before we to the central tournament and strive to take out our division.
