Hey Guys,

Training is now scheduled for Wednesday and Sundays, starting this Wednesday, 6pm at Bendwood Park.  Wednesdays will focus on skills, fitness and strategy.  Sunday will continue to be skills and metros.

If you can't make 6pm - turn up when you can, we will continue until dark.

Remember that we have The Craig Ruggles Cup on this Saturday - tell all your family and friends to come along and honor Craig and his family.

Lonestars and Friends,

An AFL footy tipping competiton has been set up for Lonestars and Friends.  The competition will be run from Round 2 (next weekend). Entry is Free.

To enter, all you have to do is register at  www.footytips.com.au  and create an account, then click on the link below and join the LONESTARS League (click the "Join Comp!" button).

Each Round you need to select the winner of each AFL game before the start of that Round.  You also need to select the winning margin for one designated game as a tie-breaker to determine the best tipper of each week.  To enter your weekly tips either login to the website above or download the Footytips.com app on your smart phone.

There will be a weekly prize of a Lonestars Pint Glass and the overall winner at the end of the year will win a special Lonestars Merchandise pack.
