The Houston Lonestars will be holding a Junior Football Clinic this Sunday at 2pm at Bendwood Park, prior to the Metro game between the Houston Reds vs Rodeo Clowns. Both girls and boys welcome of all ages.

Skills/Fitness Work Wednesday 7pm!

Going to do circuit training around Memorial Park Wednesday night. All welcome as always. Let us know if you are keen to come. We will be meeting at 7 west of the Volleyball courts on North Picnic Lane (south side of memorial drive), for a short kick first then a lap.  Come out if you can!
