Join us for Week 7 of Fitness Through Footy this Sunday 11am at John H Reagan High School on E 14th St, The Heights.

We're getting closer to official training and will be looking for some of the regular season Lonestars to get down and start buiilding toward Spring Metros. Expect the coaches to be in touch soon!

Another great turn out last week with many new people joining us and some amazing improvement seen on the running track from guys that have been down consistently for the last few weeks. A link to the training plan is at the bottom of this email. Please arrive by 10:45am if you want to have a warmup kick before training. Anyone arriving after 11.00am will still be expected to complete the full warmup before joining the main group.

Just a reminder again about the 2016 Lonestars Players Survey. Please take the time to complete this survey before the Lonestars Combine/Karbach Draft (28 Feb). The feedback so far has been great, and your responses will help create an enjoyable and successful season for everyone in 2016.
